As a native from the Bay Area, it was only natural for me to want to help the community I was raised in. I’ve been practicing general, family, and cosmetic dentistry since 1992 and opened my Berkeley office in 1997.

I am a very proud graduate of the Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry, formerly University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, where I also taught as an adjunct faculty in the emergency room.

I am very passionate about my work as a dentist and bring compassion, empathy, experience, and a genuine care for each one of my patients, many of whom have been patients of mine for a long time.

Working side by side with my office manager, Brenda, we will walk you step-by-step through your procedure, from you initial phone call to your consultation, procedure, and after care. We firmly believe that service to our patients extends beyond the appointment. And since Brenda and I have been working together for over 15 years, you will always be greeted by a familiar face.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, skiing, practicing yoga and a twirl on the dance floor.

I am a member of several different societies and continue to stay current in techniques and procedures through continued education.
